Description:
This is a comprehensive sustainable concept plan and architectural design for the expansion of the City’s core around a Transit Center. It encompasses a total of 1,100,000 SF comprised of retail, office, and a 2,000 car parking structure underneath, covered with residential “village” on top of it. Once completed, it will form a high density, city core, highly visible 15-story high landmark, next to City Hall and the Performing Arts Center.
