A new 110,000 SF large empty R&D tilt-up building with a mezzanine was converted to a class A corporate office facility for a prosperous Texas based lending institution. In order to provide easy connection and clear circulation orientation among numerous departments, the space design features a “Broadway”, spine-like main corridor going across the entire length of the building interior.
