Site master planning and programming for a 36 acre site Medical Center that also includes inpatient bed towers in the future. Several distinct options have been evaluated including associated cost projections, complex traffic flow and practicality of phasing. The final choice was a “garden” concept comprised of building blocks separated by lush landscape gardens serving also as alternate direct entrances to various departments. Except for the future bed tower, all buildings at the outpatient medical center are 2-story high, totaling 230,000 SF.
