Campus-wide programming and master planning for 36 acre site, phased development of “bedless hospital” with an innovative garden environment concept. Two phases completed ahead of time and below budget, totaling 175,000 SF including Rotunda - a link building as it’s focal point. Final phase 60,000 SF surgical counter slated for design by end of 2007.
